The property, which was purchased in 2009, is located in the industrial area of the city of Norderstadt, approximately 15 minutes north of Hamburg. The rentable area is approximately 2,000 square metres. In the past, the property served as a manufacturing plant for print, and it is now rented out to an NGO controlled by the local municipality. The lease is for five years, terminating in early 2019, and is used for the sale of second-hand items for the benefit of the local residents.
