The property, which was purchased in 2008, is located in the city of Ludwigsburg, approximately 15 minutes from Stuttgart. The rentable area is about 4,000 square meters. 80% of the property is rented out to eleven tenants for offices and clinics, as well as commercial use on the ground floor. The balance of the leases range from 2-7 years. As part of the development of the property, solar panels have been installed on the roof for the generation of electricity, which is sold to the local electric company in the framework of a long-term agreement, and the consideration is added to the revenues from the property.
